Rebecca TAYLOR was the daughter of William P. TAYLOR and Polly STALLARD and the sister of Marshall Benton TAYLOR. She was born in 1840. She married James Logan DAVIDSON in Scott Co. VA in 1857. They had eight children; Floyd, William Harrison, Delia, Nancy Jane, Laura, Edith, Desha and Logan Monroe DAVIDSON.

Taylor and Mary Ellen Bowens Taylor. I believe my great grand parents are William P. Taylor and Mattie Young Taylor.
