Adeline Hale was born in Clinchport Virginia in February 1889. She married Adolphus Mosley 22 Dec 1906 in Scott County. She died 9 July 1915, when she was barely 26 years old.
Her death certificate lists her as single, although the death certificate of infant daughter Mildred, dated three months earlier, lists husband Adolphus as father. Cause of death, Tuberculosis. Her birth is recorded as March 5, 1890, but her birth month and year are listed in the 1900 census as Feb 1889.
Doc Mosley, who was the father of Adolphus, and his family lived in Johnson City where Adeline died at this time.
