Thomas LAWSON was born in 1847, the son of William Stokley LAWSON and Matilda ASH.
Minerva BLEDSOE was born in Fairview, Scott Co., VA, 25 June 1847, the daughter of Andrew BLEDSOE & Eliza RILEY. She was the sister of Hiram BLEDSOE, and the niece of Austin BLEDSOE.
Thomas and Minerva moved and raised their family in Lee County, VA.
