I’m pretty sure that Jacob Peters Williams (1829-1912) is the son of Lewis Haney Williams(1806-1871) and Susan Peters (d/o Jacob Peters). Jacob was the 2nd oldest of 10 kids. I have him married to Phoebe Boggs. His parents moved from Scott Co. to Lawrence Co, KY.

This photo is published on page 45 of Cratis D. Williams’ book “Tales from Sacred Wind, Coming of Age in Appalachia.” It is full of stories and photos of the Williams and Boggs in the Caines Creek area of Lawrence County, Kentucky.
