Drucilla Allen b. Aug 1873 was the daughter of James Allen and Rebecca Lane.

James Allen was the son of John Allen and Esther Jane Neal.  And Rebecca was the daughter of Wm. Wilkinson Lane and Malinda Rhoten.

Drucilla married John E. Stapleton and after his death she married Jim Lane.

Her father James fought with the 64th VA Infantry and is buried in the Flat Rock Cemetery in Rockcastle County KY.

Sent to me by Randal Cecil Stapleton son of Starling Stapleton, grandson of Drucilla Allen Stapleton Lane.

My great-grandmother was Dorthula Allen Carr, daughter of Rebecca Lane and James Allen, sister of Drucilla. Do you have any other pictures of the family? If so, I would love to have copies, or maybe you could put them on this website.

Thank you for any info you can pass along.
