Vs. Fielder Poston, and Miles T. Jennings
The only thing in this folder was a piece of paper that said Burkes Garden, Feb 19th, Clk of Scott Co.
Allen for Mann. Then list the dates of several warrants to appear and one side said “Dismissedâ€.

( MY NOTE: Fielder/Fielding Poston married a Jennings, and Miles Jennings married Liney Neal in Tazewell Va. And they moved to Scott County the same year that Esther Jane Neal Allen did. Their first daughter was born there then they left for Harrison Co. MO. Samuel F. Neal had also moved to Harrison Co. MO and Liney’s daughter buried 2 infants in his family cemetery. Miles died and Liney remarried a Henry Buzzard. LDS has her death date as 1880 and her parents as CALVIN NEAL and NANCY JOHNSON. ) ( ALSO a booklet about “Crackers Neck History†has an interview with a Well’s man who stated that Hezekiah P. “ Kier†Neal was raised in BURKS GARDEN. This man’s Aunt Catherine Well’s had 4 children by Hez. P. while he was married to Elizabeth Robinette.)
