Sarah Elizabeth was the daughter of James Barnett Jr. and Jane Williams, the sister of John BARNETT and Margaret BARNETT. She was born April 1846 in Big Ridge, Scott Co., VA, and died 31 May 1904 in Scott Co. She is buried in the Barnett Cemetery, Big Ridge, Scott Co., VA. She was the wife of James Baxter PIERSON and the mother of Amanda PIERSON

Sara was my great grandmother. I also have a photo of Sara but not this one. I also have one of her sisters Peggy and Phoebe. Anyone with more information on the Barnetts, please email me at ejpw@charter.net. I have some information but not all the way to the first Barnett ancestor.
Addition to above, I now have found all of my barnetts back to Ireland.
