Permelia LYONS was born 9 December 1845 and died 4 April 1920 in Scott Co. VA. She was the wife of Elijah “Eli” BARNETT. Permelia is buried in the Barnett Cemetery, Big Ridge, Scott Co., VA. See two of her children, Thomas E. BARNETT and Sarah Elizabeth BARNETT ROSE.
